Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. We pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates on our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 5-14 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
A: We do not offer refunds, but are happy to extend a store credit or exchange for the item(s) you wish to return. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ. Please contact us at info@onefeistypeach.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Return/Refund Policy for:
Women's Apparel
We strive to make your shopping experience a pleasant one, therefore, if you have any questions regarding any item, please don't hesitate to contact us at your convenience.
- We do not offer refunds, but will be happy to exchange your item(s) or issue a store credit within 7 days of the item's date of delivery.
- Once the item is received and is in new, unused condition with the tags attached and free of any stains, tears, odors, pet dander, smoke, signs of wash/wear, alterations, makeup, deodorant, perfume or any other signs of wear, you will be issued a store credit to use for a future purchase at any time.
- If the item(s) is not returned in its original state, the exchange will not be honored and the item will be returned to you, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Claims for any damage to your item(s) must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for an exchange or store credit must be in the original packaging.
- If you place a duplicate order in error, you will receive the funds in the form of a store credit ONLY. We do not offer refunds so please, double check your order before submitting it.
- ***The following are deemed as FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned for store credit or exchanges: Clearance items, Bandeaus, Bodysuits or Accessories of any kind.
- Once orders are placed, One Feisty Peach DOES NOT accept cancellations.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Shipping Policy for:
Women's Apparel
- All orders will be processed within 3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS and should be received within 5-14 days, excluding holidays
- To ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address, please ensure that you enter accurate shipping information as we are not responsible for any packages not received due to inaccuracies.
- Shipping and handling fees for any exchanges or store credits are non-refundable. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
- If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please follow up with USPS/UPS (verify which carrier was used for your shipment). One Feisty Peach is not responsible for package(s) that show confirmation of delivery.
- International shipping is available! Please expect delivery within up to 30 days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Once your package is shipped you may have additional fees to pay, depending on your country. In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. One Feisty Peach is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Return/Refund, & Shipping Policy for:
Statement Tees, Sweatshirts and Tote Bags
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Note, you must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.
We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
If you initiate a return after 30 days, we may issue a partial refund* depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.
Items returned after 30 days:
- Because products devalue over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned over 30 days after delivery
- We may reduce the refund based on the condition of the merchandise
- We may also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund
- If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days your return initiation. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement item
